Participating in a challenge for a good cause

Crochet With Dee is holding a contest. 60 Scarves in 60 days for charity. I'm joining in. I have the yarn for Threads of Compassion, I just need a fire lit under my arse. This will be it. You can go to her blog for details.

In other news, I actually worked last night for a bit. Even with John fussing at me. But I needed to get that icky part done. And part of it is. I might work more on it later. Not sure yet. John's plans for the weekend got screwed up 'cause it's his turn on pager duty. So no kayaking for him. We may still go on the motorcycle, but that's up in the air due to the weather.

I guess I should go get some of the yarn and start whipping up some scarves! Have a good weekend, y'all!

So, I have to admit that I first thought you would have to knit 1 scarf per day to reach 60 in 60 days. lol. I'm excited to see what you come up with.

It's okay, I did too. :) I still may try to get close to that. I've got a lot of easy scarf patterns to crochet and a lot of stash yarn I need to get out of the studio. So we'll see. :)
